So tomorrow will be two weeks since I first weighed in on this little weight-loss program. I'm anxious to see where I come in, as the last week hasn't been that great in terms of my diet. First there was the Denny's Heartland Scramble disaster Wednesday night and then of course there was the buffet episode Thursday night, and I have just felt like I ate too much a few other times. According to the Livestrong.com calorie counter I've stayed under 1500 calories all the other days, but I just don't feel as good as I had the first week. I guess it makes sense, but I'm hoping there is some progress there.
I lost 5 pounds the first week, and hope I'm down at least 2 more in this last week. 7 pounds in two weeks I would be happy with, but need to kick the exercise in the butt. Went on a nice long walk Friday, but haven't done much since. The weather is supposed to be better, so a good week could really get me closer to the 20 pound goal.
